Only Skrill has earlier observations in this dataset. This is not yet a cross-merchant growth ranking. Change/day is the difference between dated counters divided by elapsed days, not verified daily transactions.

Coverage. 5,088 unique merchant IDs from 121 Fluz catalog pages and the auxiliary merchant endpoint. Rates and counts were captured on 26 September 2026. Individual timestamps appear in each merchant’s detail. No collection is scheduled.
Rates. The best advertised rate can be promotional, conditional or mapped to an inactive card program. Gift-card rates, card-linked offers and default virtual-card rates are separate—not additive. A program filter shows the highest captured rate for that vendor, not a promise of eligibility. Funding method, caps and terms can affect the result.
Counts. Fluz reports processed transaction counters without specifying the reporting window or inclusion rules. A zero is a returned zero, not missing data. Counter changes may include revisions; they are not verified settled volume. A dash in change/day means no comparable earlier observation.
History. This is the first full snapshot. Only Skrill has verified earlier observations, from the Internet Archive. No interpolated counts are stored. More dated snapshots are needed to compare growth across merchants.
Programs. Business and consumer columns show public active flags: Yes, No or Unknown. These flags do not establish personal issuance eligibility or usability of an existing card. Unmapped offers retain their vendor code; names and BINs are never guessed. Raw cap fields are shown without assuming undocumented units.
